The City of Koronadal Water District has developed its Quality Management System through various observation and rigorous study of its existing management system, applying improvements and various changes in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standards.

It starts by determining the internal and external issues of the organization and by understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties. Risks and opportunities are then determined based on the identified issues and requirements (needs and expectations) of interested parties. Actions to address risks and opportunities are then integrated on the existing system of the organization.

City of Koronadal Water District maintains Quality Management Systems that effectively control the business process of the organization.  The business process enables the organization to provide Quality Service to its concessionaires with high level of quality standards.
